Find the best time for everyone
Stop the back-and-forth. Create a team, share a link, and let everyone mark when they're free. TeamTime finds the best meeting time automatically.
How It Works
Create a team
Set a title, pick up to 14 candidate dates, choose a time range, and set a meeting duration (30 min to 8 hours).
Share the link
Send the team link to anyone. They join as a guest with just a nickname, or sign up for a full account.
Mark availability
Each member selects the 30-minute time slots they're free on each candidate date.
Get recommendations
The algorithm scores every possible window and recommends the time with the most overlap.
